Position: Skin Trainer & Aesthetic Consultant Location: Mumbai Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: As a Skin Trainer & Aesthetic Consultant , you will be responsible for training students, beauty professionals, and clients on advanced skincare treatments, including HydraFacial, Laser Hair Removal, chemical peels, and semi-permanent makeup . Your expertise will help empower the next generation of beauty professionals. Responsibilities: Conduct training sessions on Laser Hair Removal, skincare treatments, product knowledge, and advanced skin therapies . Teach techniques for HydraFacial, chemical peels, and other professional beauty treatments . Provide live demonstrations and hands-on training on Laser Hair Removal devices and professional skincare machines . Educate students on skin types, concerns, laser compatibility, contraindications, and customized treatment plans . Maintain hygiene standards and ensure safety protocols during training. Stay updated with the latest trends in aesthetic lasers, skincare, and beauty treatments . Assist in academy workshops, seminars, and certification programs . Provide consultation and guidance on product selection, laser settings, and skincare regimens . Qualifications & Skills Required: Minimum Qualification: Diploma/Certification in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, Aesthetic Training, or Laser Technology . Experience: At least 1-3 years of experience as a Skin Trainer, Aesthetician, or Beauty Consultant in a professional setup (Training Academy, Beauty Clinic, or Aesthetic Center). Hands-on expertise in Laser Hair Removal, HydraFacial, skin rejuvenation, chemical peels, and advanced beauty treatments . Strong understanding of laser compatibility with different skin types, contraindications, and safety protocols . Ability to conduct demonstrations, practical workshops, and live training sessions . Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills . Knowledge of professional skincare products, treatments, and their applications .
