The technician will be responsible for: Refilling and repairing laser printer cartridges Diagnosing and resolving printer & photocopier issues On-site visits for service and troubleshooting Maintaining service records and reporting Ensuring quality checks and proper functioning after service Supporting the team in daily service operations The role requires hands-on skills, responsibility, and a willingness to learn new technologies in the printing industry.
