Job Title: Sitecore XM Cloud Developer (Technical Lead)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sitecore XM Cloud Developer with strong technical leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in XM Cloud, Sitecore development, and modern cloud-based architectures. This role involves leading development activities, implementing scalable digital experience solutions, and guiding the team through successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead design and development of solutions using Sitecore XM Cloud and Sitecore Headless architectures.
Participate in end-to-end implementation including planning, customization, integration, deployment, and maintenance of digital experience platforms.
Ensure best practices in Sitecore architecture, coding standards, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI, QA, DevOps, and business teams.
Troubleshoot complex issues in Sitecore and Azure environments.
Participate in stakeholder communication, requirement gathering, and solution design discussions.
Mentor and guide junior developers and contribute to technical decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5–10 years of Sitecore development experience, with strong hands-on knowledge in XM Cloud.
Proficiency in Sitecore Headless (JSS, SXA), .NET Core, and REST API integration.
Experience with Azure services, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes preferred).
Solid understanding of Sitecore Content Serialization, personalization, analytics, and rendering approaches.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead development teams.
Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred

Sitecore certifications (XM Cloud, Sitecore Developer)
Experience with Composable DXP, CDP, CMP, or other MACH-based technologies
Experience working in an Agile environment
