Site Workforce & Attendance Supervisor


Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor daily attendance of labourers and maintain records.
  • Track work hours (daily/hourly) for all site workers.
  • Coordinate with the site team to verify hours worked and job completion.
  • Prepare and submit wage sheets based on attendance and hours worked.
  • Ensure timely and accurate disbursal of payments to labourers (cash or bank).
  • Maintain updated records of workforce strength and payment history.
  • Resolve any wage-related discrepancies in coordination with accounts.
  • Assist in onboarding new labourers and maintaining ID/record files.


Requirements:
  • Prior experience in labour management, payroll, or site operations (1–2 years preferred).
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with site teams and workers.
  • Basic knowledge of wage laws and labour compliance is a plus.
  • Familiarity with MS Excel or attendance-tracking tools is an advantage.
