Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Site Supplier Quality Manager to join our team at ALSTOM India Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management and a proven track record of ensuring high-quality products.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve overall product quality.
Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for quality improvement and develop strategies to address them.
Provide training and coaching to employees on quality procedures and best practices.
Ensure all quality-related activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering or business administration.
Proven experience in quality management, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong knowledge of quality control processes, regulations, and standards.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
