Role Overview

We are hiring a Site Supervisor to manage daily interior execution activities, coordinate with clients and vendors, supervise workers, and ensure projects are completed on time, safely, and with quality.

Key Responsibilities Site Execution & Monitoring

• Oversee daily work at interior project sites.
• Check quality of materials and installations.
• Ensure work follows drawings, BOQs, and timelines.

Client Communication

• Act as the on-site contact for clients.
• Share daily updates, photos, and progress reports.
• Handle basic client queries during execution.

Vendor & Labour Coordination

• Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, painters, and subcontractors.
• Follow up on material deliveries and installations.
• Monitor worker attendance, productivity, and discipline.

Planning & Reporting

• Maintain daily site logs and documentation.
• Prepare measurements, basic BOQ updates, and progress reports.
• Inform management about delays, issues, and material needs.

Quality & Safety

• Ensure all work meets VOLORA quality standards.
• Follow safety protocols and site compliance rules.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues quickly.

Media & Documentation

• Capture photos/videos for reporting and record-keeping.
• Maintain organized folders of site progress.

Travel

• Must be able to visit multiple sites daily.
• Two-wheeler/four-wheeler is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Experience in site supervision or interior project execution.
• Knowledge of carpentry, modular work, wardrobes, false ceiling, painting, and fit-outs.
• Ability to read floor plans, drawings, and basic BOQs.
• Familiarity with safety, quality checks, and site procedures.
• Communication skills in English (medium), Hindi, and Telugu (mandatory).
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic project reporting.
• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field.
• Ability to manage workers, vendors, and multiple sites.

• Strong client-handling abilities.
• Quick problem-solving and on-site decision-making.
• Basic photography/videography for updates.
• Good time management and multitasking.
• Ability to handle site conflicts and delays professionally.
