Job Description

Core responsibilities

Project oversight: Manage daily site operations, monitor progress against the schedule, and ensure the project is completed efficiently.
Team and subcontractor management: Supervise construction workers and coordinate with subcontractors, managing their work and ensuring they adhere to project specifications.
Safety and compliance: Implement and enforce all on-site health and safety regulations, conduct safety inspections, and ensure compliance with building codes and quality standards.
Quality control: Inspect the quality of work and materials, and ensure all activities are performed according to plans and specifications.
Communication and coordination: Act as a liaison between project managers, clients, architects, and on-site staff to facilitate communication and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain site reports, document work completed, and track material usage and labor.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
