Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: * Supervise Dispenser Testing Planning, Manpower allocation, opening meetings with operators, technical support. * TPI Handle TPI for IOCL, BPCL and other customers. * Documentation related to TPI i.e. offer letter, QAP, Witness reports etc. * Reporting First time right for DU testing. * Support to IQA for GRN clearance. * Supplier communications and action plans for rejections. * Other Quality documentation. Skills: * Supervision of operators, coordination, and motivation of team members. * In-depth knowledge of dispenser testing and technical processes. * Understanding customer requirements and maintaining relationships with clients like IOCL, BPCL. * Knowledge of TPI (Third Party Inspection) processes and standards. * Proficient in preparing detailed documents like offer letters, Quality Assurance Plans (QAP), and witness reports and should Understand required documentation standards for inspections and audits. * Understanding of Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) processes and assist in improving efficiency and clearing backlog in GRN processes. * Ability to work closely with the Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) team for process improvement. * Familiarity with ISO quality standards, audit preparations, and compliance requirements.
