About the Role: SP Design Developers LLP is seeking a skilled and committed Site Supervisor (Civil) to oversee on-site construction activities and ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with project specifications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in supervising residential and commercial construction projects, managing site teams, and coordinating with vendors and contractors. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is progressing as per schedule and drawings Monitor workforce productivity, material usage, and site safety Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project engineers for smooth execution Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality control Maintain daily site logs, measurement books, and labor attendance records Conduct site inspections and report any issues or deviations to project management Assist in material planning and requisitions based on project needs Ensure that timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks are met Handle minor on-site troubleshooting and guide the workers as required Qualifications & Skills: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering 3–5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in civil construction projects Strong knowledge of civil construction practices, materials, and safety standards Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings Hands-on experience managing labor and site coordination Proficient in maintaining site documentation and basic reporting Strong leadership and communication skills Why Join Us: At SP Design Developers LLP, we are passionate about quality construction and timely project delivery.
