Site Supervisor (Solar Project)

We are looking for a dedicated Site Supervisor (Solar Project) to oversee on-site installation, commissioning, and maintenance of solar power systems. The candidate will ensure that all work is executed safely, efficiently, and as per quality standards and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site operations and manage the work of technicians and laborers.
• Ensure installation of solar panels, inverters, and mounting structures as per design and safety norms.
• Coordinate with project engineers, clients, and vendors for smooth execution.
• Maintain site progress reports, material records, and attendance sheets.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to project specifications.
• Monitor work progress to meet deadlines and handle on-site issues promptly.
• Assist in testing and commissioning of solar systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in solar power project supervision or related field.
• Strong understanding of solar PV installation procedures and electrical systems.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle multiple teams and work under pressure.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email reporting).
