Job Description

Being the primary point of contact / representative on Nagpur site on behalf of Architect, for all design and construction related activities, work closely with contractors, consultants and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Preparation and circulation of Weekly project reports to Architect's head office as per approved formats. Provide Site leadership to deliver project results with responsibility for site activities, including planning, safety and follow-up of daily activities at the site. Ensure site execution as per GFC drawings. Revisions received from architect & consultants to be monitored and tracked. Material handling for quality parameters. Ensure that materials used are as per specifications. Escalation in quantity to be brought to the notice of architect immediately. Tracking of Project management chart and scheduling chart. Prepare & review Snag List, Contract closeout deliverables. Profile Description: Nagpur based B. Arch. / Diploma in Interior Design / Diplom in Civil Engineering candidate having flair for design & project management, expertise in AutoCAD, MS projects with 5-10 years of experience in handling projects efficiently for corporate office interior projects, project monitoring. Should be equipped with a laptop and wifi internet connection. Digitally savvy, proactive. Good communication and leadership skills. Mention current and expected salary.
