Job Description

Role: Site Supervisor Experience: 2 to 5 years Education Qualification: Any Graduation Responsibilities: Task Delegation: Assign specific tasks to site workers and ensure they understand their responsibilities and deadlines. Site Coordination: Coordinate between various on-site teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections of work in progress to ensure it meets design specifications and quality standards. Resource Management: Monitor the use of materials and equipment, ensuring they are used efficiently and replenished as needed. Progress Monitoring: Track the progress of work against the project schedule, addressing any deviations promptly. Problem Identification: Identify any potential issues or bottlenecks in the workflow and report them to the Site Manager. Deliverables: Detailed task assignments and schedules Inspection and quality assurance reports Efficient use of resources and minimized delays
