Summary We are seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee our construction projects. This role is essential in ensuring that our developments meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. The Site Supervisor will play a key role in managing site operations and coordinating with various teams to ensure timely project completion. Responsibilities Supervise daily operations on construction sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth workflow. Monitor project progress and report on status, addressing any issues that arise promptly. Utilize construction management software to track budgets, schedules, and resources effectively. Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure quality standards are met. Assist in the preparation of project budgets and manage expenditures accordingly. Requirements Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in construction management. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and regulations. Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore or HeavyBid is preferred. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively. Strong communication skills for liaising with clients, contractors, and team members.
