Roles and Responsibilities Oversee site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Manage labor force, including planning, coordination, and supervision of workers on-site. Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress against project schedules and quality standards. Ensure effective communication among team members, clients, and stakeholders through regular meetings and reports. Identify potential issues early on and implement corrective actions to minimize delays or cost overruns. Desired Candidate Profile 3-8 years of experience in civil construction projects as a Site Supervisor or similar role. Strong understanding of industry best practices. Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate teams towards achieving goals. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel) for data analysis and reporting purposes.
