Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Mohali district. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at the gym, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, managing staff, and maintaining equipment. Additional responsibilities include coordinating facility schedules, ensuring excellent customer service, and addressing member concerns to enhance overall satisfaction. The Site Supervisor will collaborate with management to implement plans that align with the organization’s commitment to fitness and wellness.

• Timely Project Completion:

  Projects delivered within agreed timelines.

• Quality of Execution:

  High standards maintained with minimal rework.

• Effective Coordination:

  Efficient stakeholder communication and issue resolution.

• Budget Management:

  Projects completed within allocated cost limits.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Percentage of projects completed on time and within budget.
• Number of quality or safety issues identified post-handover.
• Client satisfaction and feedback scores.
• Frequency and efficiency of site visits and reports submitted.
• Compliance with brand, safety, and construction standards.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination abilities.
• Working knowledge of

  construction processes, interiors, HVAC, and vendor management

  .
• Proficiency in

  MS Office, Excel, Google Sheets, and project tracking tools

  .
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple franchise projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and adherence to timelines.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Civil Engineering, Project Management, Architecture, or a related field

  .
• Minimum 2-3

  years of experience

  in project management, preferably in

  retail, hospitality, or fitness industry setups

  .
• Experience in handling franchise or multi-site rollout projects is an advantage.

Work Environment:

• Primarily office-based role with

  frequent travel

  to project sites across India.
• Fast-paced, dynamic environment requiring hands-on involvement and proactive decision-making.
• Regular coordination with cross-functional teams and vendors.
