Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor, located in Delhi, India. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily operations on-site, ensuring that construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with subcontractors, managing site safety protocols, solving on-site issues, and maintaining accurate project documentation. The Site Supervisor will also be responsible for liaising with clients to ensure their requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.

• Site management and project coordination skills
• Experience in maintaining site safety protocols and ensuring compliance with regulations
• Ability to solve on-site issues and troubleshoot problems quickly and efficiently
• Strong communication and client liaison skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant construction or project management qualifications
• Previous experience in retail, office, or commercial fit-outs is a plus
