Position Summary: The Landscape Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all on-site aspects of landscape construction, installation, and maintenance. This includes managing labor, materials, schedules, and ensuring work meets quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise landscape teams during softscape and hardscape installation. Coordinate daily tasks according to priorities and plans. Ensure proper use and maintenance of landscaping tools and machinery. Oversee planting, irrigation, turfing, paving, and other landscape works. Read and interpret landscape drawings and specifications. Liaise with project managers, suppliers, and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Monitor site progress and report to management. Train new workers and ensure skilled labor is available. Conduct quality checks and resolve on-site issues. Requirements: freshers also can join Diploma or certificate in Landscaping, Horticulture, or related field. Ability to read landscape and civil drawings. Leadership and organizational skills. Valid driving license (if required).
