Job_Description":" Superviseand monitor on-site work activities to ensure they are completed in accordancewith plans and specifications. Coordinatetasks according to priorities and plans to ensure deadlines are met. Liaise witharchitects, engineers, and project managers to clarify specifications anddeliverables. Allocategeneral and daily responsibilities to the workforce and subcontractors. Train andguide workers on safety measures, construction techniques, and equipmenthandling. Inspect andreview the work being performed to ensure that it meets quality standards andcomplies with all safety regulations. Identifyand solve any construction issues or defects in a timely manner. Ensurematerials, tools, and equipment are available on-site in a timely manner toavoid project delays. Monitor andcontrol material wastage and manage site resources efficiently. Act as apoint of contact between the project manager, workers, and externalstakeholders. Provideregular progress reports and updates to senior management. Requirements l Problem-solvingand conflict resolution skills. Ability toread and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings.
