Role Description We are looking for an experienced and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at project sites, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in alignment with Mtree Ventures’ standards and client expectations. You will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Key Responsibility Supervise daily on-site operations and manage workforce, subcontractors, and vendors Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality requirements Monitor site safety and compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations Coordinate the delivery and use of materials, tools, and equipment Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress and incident reports Resolve on-site challenges or conflicts efficiently Maintain clear communication with project management, engineers, and other stakeholders Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and site meetings as required Ensure proper documentation of all site-related activities Qualifications Experience in construction site supervision and project management Knowledge of safety regulations and construction processes Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in construction management software is a plus Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field Show more Show less
