Site Supervisor

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations at the project site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within quality and budget standards. This role involves coordinating workers, managing materials, and communicating with clients, contractors, and management to maintain smooth project execution.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and workforce.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines.
• Inspect work quality and ensure compliance with project specifications and drawings.
• Manage materials, tools, and equipment on site.
• Prepare and maintain daily site reports, work logs, and attendance records.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and subcontractors.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly.
• Conduct toolbox talks and enforce safety practices.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and waste management on site.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
• Proficient in MS Office and site management tools.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
