The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They Should have previously worked in industrial/commercial projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in industrial/commercial projects mainly in structural. By utilizing strong organizational and communication skills, this candidate will also have the ability to execute a project based on the criteria outlined. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. Responsibilities Set project timeline Monitor project deliverables Monitor daily progress Building Layout, Labour supervision, BBS, Work according to architectural design and layouts Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them Qualifications Strong business acumen in project planning and management Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering 6+ years of civil engineering experience in interior & exterior projects Experience with AutoCAD Have knowledge about MEP services and Interior And structural work Strong organizational, analytical, communication skills and design skills
