Site Supervisor

Position: Site Supervisor
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Interior Execution or Civil/Construction
Location: Hyderabad
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day interior site activities
• Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, painters, plumbers, and vendors
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, designs, and quality standards
• Manage material delivery, inventory, and usage
• Inspect site progress and update daily reports
• Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and professionalism
• Communicate progress, issues, and requirements to the project manager
• Handle minor measurements for carpentry, civil, electrical, and plumbing work
• Assist with client updates and site walkthroughs
• Check workmanship and ensure finishing quality
• Solve on-site problems quickly and practically

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Interior Execution or Construction
• Basic knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, POP/false ceiling, etc.
• Ability to read basic drawings (2D/3D is a plus)
• Strong coordination & communication skills
• Should be responsible, punctual, and confident
• Must be comfortable traveling to multiple sites
• Two-wheeler preferred.
