Job Title: Site Supervisor Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Experience Required: 1-2 Years Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 (In-hand per month) Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Site Supervisor for interior construction work to join the team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing on-site interior activities, ensuring projects are executed as per design specifications, timelines, and quality standards. Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory for this role. Job Responsibilities: -Supervise and manage day-to-day interior construction activities, including flooring, ceiling, partition, fixture, and fitting installations. -Ensure that all interior work aligns with approved designs, drawings, and specifications. -Interpret and implement technical drawings and layouts using AutoCAD for interior projects. -Coordinate with interior designers, architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure seamless execution. -Monitor and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures at the construction site. -Oversee material procurement, storage, and utilization to ensure timely availability and minimal wastage. -Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to design plans. -Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, site records, and other documentation. -Resolve on-site technical or operational issues promptly to avoid delays. -Ensure that all interior finishes, fittings, and installations meet quality standards and client expectations.
