Job Description

We are seeking a component Site Supervisior to join oue team. As a site supervisior, you willl be responsible for overseeing site work from start to finish, ensuring they are completed effeciently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities : Coordinate and supervise all construction activities on-site, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Manage and oversee subcontractors, ensuring their work meets project requirements and timelines. Conduct regular inspections to ensure work quality and compliance with building codes and specifications. Address any issues or concerns that arise during construction, and implement solutions in a timely manner. Communicate project progress, milestones, and challenges to project managers and other stakeholders. Maintain accurate records of work activities, including daily reports, progress photos, and material inventories. Requirements : Freshers allowed. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
