Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day site operations, labor handling, coordination, safety monitoring, and basic documentation. The candidate will ensure smooth execution of activities as per drawings, instructions, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily site work and guide labor/workers.

Ensure tasks are executed as per drawings/instructions with quality & safety.

Monitor material usage and maintain site discipline and cleanliness.

Maintain daily records of manpower, materials & work progress.

Check material quality/quantity and coordinate delivery with vendors.

Identify and resolve minor on-site issues; escalate major issues.

Maintain tools and equipment properly.

Share daily progress reports, photos, and updates with management.

Required Skills

Knowledge of fabrication / construction site operations.

Labor handling and leadership capability.

Basic understanding of site drawings & instructions.

Strong communication & coordination skills.

Problem-solving attitude.

Ability to maintain site records.

Experience

2–5 years of site supervision experience (construction / fabrication / infrastructure preferred)
