Site Supervisor

You will be responsible for supervising and monitoring the work force, reviewing and certifying all QA/QC documents, site procedures, and relevant codes of job application to the projects. You must have knowledge of satisfactory client relation management. Your role will involve planning and developing work schedules, tools and equipment usage schedules, priority of painting expenditures, and procedures for equipment maintenance. It is essential to ensure all safety regulations are followed and adhere to proper codes and standards of application job. You will also be inspecting surface preparation, planning daily work for sand blasters & painters, controlling & storage of painting / coating consumables, calibration & validation of blasting and painting equipment, qualification/knowledge of coating processes, atmospheric conditions, monitoring of coating cycle, DFT, WFT, adhesion, holiday test etc. Familiarity with different standards like NACE, SSPC, ISO will be beneficial. Qualifications required for this role include: - Graduate degree - Painting/Coating Inspector certification (preferred) - NACE Level 1 Certified (preferred) Experience in a similar role, such as 1-2 years as a Site Supervisor, is preferred.
