Site Supervisor (Civil)

As a Site Supervisor in Civil Construction, your role involves supervising and coordinating daily site activities, managing labour productivity, ensuring work is completed as per schedule, monitoring quality, safety, and compliance with construction standards, coordinating with contractors, engineers, and project teams, efficiently utilizing materials, tools, and resources, conducting site inspections, resolving on-site issues promptly, and being flexible to travel extensively for project requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Preferably in Mumbai location only - Supervise and coordinate daily site activities. - Manage labour productivity and ensure work is completed as per schedule. - Monitor quality, safety, and compliance with construction standards. - Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project teams. - Ensure materials, tools, and resources are used efficiently. - Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site issues promptly. - Ability to travel extensively for project requirements. Qualifications Required: - Diploma in Civil Engineering (mandatory). - Prior experience working with a construction contractor. - Strong ability to handle labour and get work done on time. - Good communication and problem-solving skills. - Immediate joiners preferred. - Preferably in Mumbai location only In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, the company offers a salary ranging from 20,000 to 30,000 based on experience, along with benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund.
