Biosphere Nature Pools (www.biospherepools.com) is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee the on-ground execution of our luxury natural swimming pools, ponds, and water features across India. Key Requirements: ✅ Fluent in Hindi (English is a plus) ✅ Willing to travel and stay at project sites anywhere in India ✅ Hands-on attitude — must be willing to get involved in the work and not just supervise from the sidelines ✅ Strong coordination skills with contractors, labor teams, and vendors ✅ Ability to manage timelines, quality, and day-to-day site progress ✅ Passion for nature-inspired, sustainable construction Join us to help bring India’s most beautiful, eco-luxury water projects to life!
