Position: Site Supervisor Department: Civil Engineering Projects Location: Anywhere in Bihar Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹18,000 per month Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Site Supervisor with a Diploma in Civil Engineering to oversee and manage construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. As a key part of the project management team, the Site Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring daily site activities, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring quality control. Key Responsibilities: Ensuring work adheres to project specifications and plans. Coordinating with project engineers, contractors, and suppliers. Monitoring site safety and compliance with regulations. Meeting project timelines and tracking labour, material, and equipment usage. Preparing progress reports for management. Handling on-site issues and delays. Conducting inspections for work standards. Qualifications and Skills: Diploma in Civil Engineering. Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction industry. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulatory requirements.
