We have a opening for Site Supervisor for Koyambedu Site A Civil Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. Here are the key job responsibilities: 1. Site Supervision & Execution Oversee daily construction activities to ensure work progresses as planned. Assign tasks to workers and subcontractors and monitor their performance. Ensure adherence to project drawings, specifications, and safety guidelines. 2. Quality Control & Safety Compliance Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure quality standards are met. Enforce safety regulations to prevent accidents and maintain a secure work environment. Conduct regular site inspections and report any safety hazards. 3. Coordination & Communication Act as a link between engineers, contractors, and workers on-site. Coordinate with suppliers for material delivery and ensure availability of required resources. Report progress updates, challenges, and solutions to the project manager. 4. Documentation & Reporting Maintain daily work logs, reports, and material usage records. Prepare and submit progress reports to management. Ensure necessary permits and documents are available on-site. 5. Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting Identify and resolve issues related to construction work, materials, or labor. Make quick decisions to prevent project delays. 6. Cost & Resource Management Monitor labor and material costs to prevent budget overruns. Ensure optimal use of resources and minimize waste.Role & responsibilities Note : B.E/Dip In civil Engineering with Minimum 3 to 5 years of Experience in Construction Site.
