Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Ahmedabad. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at construction sites, coordinating and monitoring subcontractors, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, and managing project timelines. The role involves conducting site inspections, resolving any on-site issues promptly, and maintaining detailed site reports and documentation. Qualifications Project management, scheduling, and site supervision skills Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills Experience in quality control and health & safety standards Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively Relevant certification in Construction Management or related field is a plus Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field Show more Show less
