Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Vadodara. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily operations at construction and interior project sites ensuring compliance with safety regulations, project specifications, and timelines. Responsibilities include coordinating with engineers, architects, and workers, monitoring work progress, resolving site issues, managing resources and materials, and maintaining daily logs and reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field
• Project management skills with strong organizational abilities
• Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle site-related issues efficiently
• Proficiency in using project management software and tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Previous experience in a supervisory role on construction sites
