Role & responsibilities - Identify and build relationships with potential clients Promote and sell residential and commercial properties Conduct property viewings and site visits with clients Negotiate terms and close sales deals Stay updated on market trends, property values, and real estate laws Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals Achieve and exceed sales targets Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
