Perform pattern identification towards assessing overall impact of an issue and help towards RCA Monitor the jobs, analyse and work with different teams in case of any failures. Incident, Operational, Change management Streamline operations tasks through automations Review all tasks on periodic basis and automate repetitive tasks Enhance operational reliability and scalability of existing tasks. Support planned changes with deployment, post deployment monitoring and create new dashboards or alerts as needed to monitor new changes in system Document your work to share the knowledge among the teams. Collaborate with other technical teams for implementation and improvement tasks. Required Skills - A total of 5+years of rich production support/ SRE experience Should be open for the Night shift on rotation basis 24/7 Experience in Splunk/Dynatrace Technical documentation experience Good to have knowledge on Google Cloud, OpenShift, microservices, scripting languages(python, shell scripting etc) Experience in handling & working with cross functional teams Ability to communicate courteously and effectively with customers, & third party vendors. Knowledge on service now, Jira & other monitoring tools is considered an advantage. Good to have knowledge in Java, Springboot framework Good analytical, debugging & triage skills Good Communication & Professional skills SRE, ITIL, MongoDB knowledge will be added advantage
