Job Description

Responsibilities:

Use software engineering to improve system operations.
Write automation and support services to meet reliability goals.
Keep critical systems up and running with high reliability.
Reduce manual work and improve processes regularly.
Work with cloud platforms and different teams like IT, Support, and Product.
Do incident reviews and suggest improvements.
Work in an agile team, share knowledge, and improve SRE practices.
Give feedback to product teams on bugs and features.

Requirements:

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, OpenStack).
Experience managing Kubernetes in production.
Experience coding in an object-oriented language (Python or Go preferred).
Good at solving problems and troubleshooting in a team.
Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix systems.
