Responsibilities

Work with Enterprise Vault customers and the Arctera Insight team to use the Direct Migrator tool to perform migrations into the Arctera Insight platform
Investigate, resolve, and prevent technical problems that could stop or slow a migration
Ensure the migration process continues at high throughput with 100% end-to-end data tracking
Provide regular migration statistics and details to customers to keep them informed

Required Skills And Qualifications

Experience with Azure cloud technologies, including provisioning and managing cloud resources, especially Azure storage
Windows Server experience in managing, troubleshooting, and deploying services
Strong knowledge of PowerShell or Python scripting to be able to use automation to solve repetitive tasks or perform validation
Experience with compute and application monitoring technologies, such as monitoring CPU, RAM, storage, and Windows services metrics.
Understanding of networking principles and protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, etc.)
Proactive approach to identifying problems, performance bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
Experience with running and writing SQL Server queries to extract and perform data analysis
Experience with troubleshooting performance in Windows Server, Windows services and applications, and SQL server database
Very strong attention to detail in customer interactions, migration work, documentation, and all areas
Very strong customer focus and professionalism
Very strong ability to write clear and concise customer communications and documentation
Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
Experience with source control systems such as TFS and Git
Knowledge of security best practices and experience implementing security measures

Preferred Skills And Qualifications

Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef
Expertise in monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or Splunk
