You will play a crucial role in enhancing customer engagement by designing and managing category pages, brand stores, promotional campaigns, and email content. Your strong understanding of e-commerce trends, customer behavior analytics, and content management systems will be essential in delivering high-impact digital experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Design and manage category pages, brand stores, promotional campaigns, and email content to enhance customer engagement. - Lead free search improvement initiatives to optimize discoverability and conversion. - Analyze customer behavior across search, browse, and purchase journeys to identify opportunities and resolve friction points. - Develop and execute strategies that elevate online customer experience and drive satisfaction. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver merchandising projects under tight timelines. - Stay current with e-commerce trends and technologies to inform merchandising decisions. - Ensure consistency and quality across all digital touchpoints through organized and detail-oriented execution. - Apply knowledge of web taxonomy and navigation to improve site structure and customer-facing attributes. - Support search attribute optimization to enhance product discoverability.
