Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring smooth functioning of civil and mechanical maintenance activities.
• Manage and supervise site manpower, allocating tasks effectively to maximize productivity.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and utilization of materials and resources at the site.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair work.
• Monitor site safety standards and compliance with organizational policies.
• Prepare and maintain reports on site activities, manpower utilization, and material consumption.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and civil issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for site infrastructure and operational efficiency.

Candidate Profile

• 8–10 years of proven experience in civil and mechanical maintenance.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse manpower teams.
• Excellent knowledge of material handling and site resource management.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of site operations.
• Commitment to the values of animal protection and welfare.
