Site Manager

In this role, you will be leading all on-site activities of a project to ensure cost-effective execution of project deliverables according to contract specifications, quality standards, schedule, and safety requirements during the start-up, construction, and commissioning phases. Your main responsibilities will include: - Assuming ownership of the construction site and planning project on-site activities with the Project Manager - Coordinating and driving the performance of the Site Works in accordance with the contract - Serving as the main interface to the customer site representatives and local authorities - Ensuring compliance with the site-specific Health, Safety, and Environmental Plan - Managing the site budget and costs, preparing accurate cost forecasting, and communicating deviations - Collecting and implementing Lessons Learnt from previous projects and preparing distribution of Lessons Learnt from the site Qualifications required for this role: - Diploma in Electrical Engineering with at least 5 years of experience as a Site Manager in EPC Projects or high voltage installations - Ability to take the lead and work hands-on to deliver on timely completion and customer expectations - Sound knowledge in contracts management and commercial aspects - Proficiency in Schedule management with a good understanding of critical path and risk identification - Good teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills Additional details about the company are not provided in the job description.,
