SKY Warehousing Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Site Incharge to oversee the construction and execution of our industrial and warehousing projects in Ghaziabad, Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate will be responsible for quality control, progress tracking, vendor coordination, and daily reporting to ensure smooth execution of the project. Key Responsibilities: Quality Control & Supervision Monitor and ensure high-quality construction as per project standards. Conduct daily site inspections to ensure work aligns with approved layouts and structural designs. Coordinate with architects and engineers to maintain quality compliance. Project Coordination & Vendor Management Work closely with vendors and contractors to ensure timely execution of deliverables. Track material usage, work completion status, and ensure smooth workflow on-site. Coordinate with procurement teams for material supply and stock management. Billing & Auditing Verify structural work completion and audit vendor bills for accuracy. Ensure vendor billing is in line with work done on-site, preventing discrepancies. Maintain proper documentation for audits and financial reporting. Daily Progress Tracking & Reporting Prepare and submit daily site reports, including work status, material usage, and challenges. Capture photos and documentation of site progress and share with management. Address on-site issues proactively and suggest improvements. On-Site Presence & Compliance Ensure 100% presence on-site for supervision and coordination. Adhere to all safety and regulatory requirements in construction. Work with teams to resolve any challenges affecting the project's pace and quality.
