Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Site Incharge specializing in OHE (Overhead Electrification) Projects. The Site Incharge will oversee and manage all site activities, ensuring timely and quality execution of OHE projects. Responsibilities include supervising installation, maintaining safety standards, coordinating with team members, managing resources, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and addressing any issues that may arise on-site.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of Overhead Electrification (OHE) systems and related standards and practices.
• Project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, resources, and coordination effectively.
• Experience in site supervision, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance in infrastructure and utilities projects.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making under time-sensitive scenarios.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and interface with different stakeholders effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in Railway Overhead Electrification or similar projects is a significant advantage.
