Job Description

Manage Drone based Pilot rope pulling as per the SOP: Lead site execution activities for pilot pulling work. Ensure effective communication within internal external stakeholders. Ensure 100% work as per QHSE standards during charged uncharged conditions. Coordinate with the client to ensure targets are achieved as planned. Ensure site compliances as per local utility client requirements. Ensure ground liaison with local stakeholders to avoid work interruption Ensure close coordination among Drone pilots, fitters technicians for work completion as per the guidelines. Office Based (Planning Coordination): Generate weekly monthly MIS in collaboration with the India Office. Ensure daily weekly work plans in line with the work schedule. Plan vs Actual need to be governed, catch up plans need to be ensured. Ensure 100% QHSE Standards: Lead safety quality protocols at site, ensure daily tool box talk. Ensure all Safety PPEs first aid kits at site during work execution. All site related compliances need to be ensured documented during charged discharged working conditions.
