Job Description

Oversee all site operations and ensure project activities are carried out according to the plan. Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective execution of the project. Ensure the project is progressing according to schedule and resolve any issues promptly. Supervise site workers, including laborers, subcontractors, and technicians. Ensure workers are following the correct procedures and safety protocols. Delegate tasks effectively and ensure team productivity and motivation. Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with design specifications and engineering standards. Conduct regular inspections to ensure all work is up to code and quality standards. Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations at all times. Conduct regular safety meetings and site inspections. Implement safety protocols to prevent accidents and manage risks effectively. Oversee the timely procurement and delivery of materials to the site. Manage inventory and ensure resources are used efficiently and in a cost-effective manner. Track project milestones and overall progress. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for management and clients. Identify and resolve any project delays or issues promptly. Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed. Communicate project status, changes, and updates to clients. Ensure the project is completed within the allocated budget. Assist in cost estimation and control to avoid overruns.
