Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Tele Caller to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in telecalling or customer service, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers professionally.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries promptly.
Meet daily call volume targets and achieve sales goals.
