Develop and implement HR process and system enhancements to increase controls and efficiencies across the organization. Lead HR digitization initiatives to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. Implement and manage HR technology solutions to automate routine tasks. Analyze and optimize digital HR workflows to reduce manual interventions. Responsible for maintaining employee database on HRIS Manage HR analytics, including monthly dashboards, MIS, manpower budgeting and system updates. Responsible for compliance to all HR process i.e. onboarding, transfers & off- boarding and ensure all compliances are done as per SOP Review and revise all HR policies and SOPs regularly to ensure they are up-to-dat and effective.
