Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Plan and implement sales strategies to achieve residential sales targets across assigned projects and regions.
Drive sales through channel partners, brokers, and direct client engagement, ensuring maximum project visibility and conversions.
Manage the complete sales cycle including client inquiries, site visits, negotiations, deal closures, and post-sales support.
Build and nurture long-term customer relationships by understanding client requirements, offering suitable property solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Acquire new clients while expanding the existing customer base through referrals, marketing campaigns, and networking.
Collaborate with marketing teams to design promotional activities, launch events, and digital campaigns that drive lead generation.
Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and new business opportunities.
Generate consistent revenue growth by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management for strategic decision-making.
Mentor and guide sales teams/channel partners to improve performance, customer engagement, and conversion ratios.

Preferred candidate profile

Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines and targets.
Leadership qualities with experience in guiding sales teams and coordinating with cross-functional departments.
