Job Description

1. Sales Management Revenue Generation Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve project sales targets. Drive lead conversions by ensuring effective engagement with potential buyers. Conduct regular reviews of the sales funnel and optimize closure rates. Ensure the site sales team is well-trained and aligned with sales goals. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement site-specific promotional activities. Work closely with the presales team to improve lead quality and share inputs. 2. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Ensure a seamless post-sales experience, including documentation, payment follow-ups, and possession formalities. Address customer grievances and escalations in a timely and effective manner. Oversee the CRM team in managing agreements, demand letters, and collections. Drive customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships for referrals. 3. Team Leadership Training Lead and mentor the site sales and CRM teams to enhance productivity. Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, soft skills, and sales techniques. Set performance KPIs and monitor the team s progress. 4. Coordination Stakeholder Management Liaise with marketing, finance teams to ensure smooth operations. Ensure alignment between site sales and corporate sales objectives. 5. Market Competitor Analysis Stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences. Provide insights to management on pricing strategies, offers, and inventory movement. 6. Reporting Documentation Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports to senior management. Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions. Monitor site traffic, walk-ins, and lead conversion ratios. Key Skills Competencies: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Customer-centric approach with a problem-solving mindset. Data-driven decision-making and analytical skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Good understanding of real estate sales cycles, RERA guidelines, and legal documentation. Qualifications Experience: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Administration, (MBA) 12+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Worked in Kharadi location for min 3-5 years with developers like Lodha, Gera, Nyati,Goel Ganga.
