Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Site Inspections

  • Conduct on-site property inspections to capture accurate physical, structural, and locational details.
  • Document site observations with photographs, measurements, and relevant notes.
  • Ensure timely completion of scheduled inspections across assigned locations.

2. Market Surveys & Market Value Analysis

  • Carry out market research to gather data on comparable properties, market rates, and locality trends.
  • Interact with brokers, developers, and local stakeholders to collect market intelligence.
  • Assist in market value assessments through data interpretation and comparative analysis.

3. Report Writing & Documentation

  • Prepare clear, concise, and well-structured inspection and analysis reports.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality in all documentation submitted for valuation processes.
  • Present findings with supporting data, photographs, and market insights.

4. Database Management

  • Maintain and update internal databases with property details, market survey inputs, and report records.
  • Ensure data accuracy and proper categorization for easy retrieval and analysis.

5. Analytical Skills

  • Analyze market data, inspection findings, and comparable property benchmarks.
  • Identify patterns, discrepancies, and insights that support mortgage valuation activities.
  • Provide analytical support to senior team members as required.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline (Real Estate, Civil Engineering, or Commerce preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in real estate, inspections, valuation support, or field operations (freshers may apply)
  • Strong report-writing and documentation abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Basic understanding of real estate terminology (preferred)

Additional Requirements

  • Willingness to travel frequently for site inspections
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
