Role & responsibilities 1. Managing building construction projects. 2. Undertaking surveys & setting out sites. 3. Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly. 4. Supervising contracted staff. 5. Ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or timescales. 6. Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager. 7. Providing technical advice and solving problems on site. 8.
