For more information, please visit h t t p s : / / w w w . p u r a n i k b u i l d e r s . c o m / We have multiple openings at Thane sites for Site Engineers - Project Execution Key Accountabilities: 1) Work completion as per set target. 2) Work completion within the approved budget. 3) Resource planning & management. 4) Documentation. 5) Work executing as per quality & safety norms. A. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1) Executing work as per method statement. 2) Resolving technical & other issues at site. 3) Reviewing & studying of drawings and raising RFI in case of any discrepancy. 4) Preparation of BBS as per drawing. 5) Monitoring & control of wastages. 6) Preparing JMR along with contractor for billing purpose. 7) Preparation of material reconciliation. 8) Identifying material in companys scope & indenting the same. 9) Closing quality & safety compliance within target dates. 10) Monitoring & updating ERP reports. 11) Coordination and follow up with contractors. 12) Coordination with pre-Engg team, architect & consultants. 13) Coordination with planning and preparing micro schedules. 14) Coordination with FMS & sales team for smooth handing over of flats. 15) Conducting quality & safety tool box training for contractors, before starting of any new activity. 16) Conducting fortnight meeting with contractors related to work progress. 17) Strategizing work sequence of contractors. 18) Escalating critical issues to PM & maintaining records for reason of delay.
